TechPark’s Projects Office was created to prospect, structure, execute, and implement technological development and innovation projects through cooperation among companies, RD&I institutions, and universities.
The Office also aims at raising public and private funds to promote the execution of projects and the use of tax incentives, such as “Lei do Bem” and “Lei da Informática”.

Fund raising
The team offers full support to the companies connected with the Technology Park in submitting projects to public and private institutions' financing lines, as well as submitting research to development institutions. To that end, it also connects companies, universities and researchers.
The Technology Park may manage projects, taking care of their entire structuring process and accountability.
Use of tax incentives
The team assists companies in understanding applicable tax incentive laws, eligibility requirements and products that can be subject to incentives, among other information. For technology-based companies, there are two laws that are generally applicable: "Lei do Bem" (Law No. 11.196/05) and "Lei da Informática" (Law No. 13.969/2019).
Advanced training
Development of extension, further training, specialization courses, master's and doctorate programs, in partnership with major educational institutions, to meet market demands.
