1) MACHINING: We have the state-of-the-art of machines and equipment with capacity to perform machining services in up to 3, 4, 5 and 9 axes, some with double pallet, for MILLING and a LATHE for CONTROL NUMERICAL.
2) PRODUCT ENGINEERING: we have highly skilled staff, many of which possess their own master’s or doctorate degrees, developing solutions in Structure and System Engineering processes.
3) SPECIAL PROCESSES: we have in house the following technologies: Non-destructive tests: Penetrating Liquid and Magnetic Particle; Painting: Primer, Polyurethane, Antibiological and special painting. Chromic and Sulfuric Anodization Process, Chemical conversion (Alodine); Passivation; Metallization and Insulation; Micro Sphere Shot Blasting; Shot and Flap Peening and Small assemblies;
