Strategic Operational Research: based on demand/capacity scenarios (actual or forecast), it predicts the most profitable allocation of Production Orders among interdependent Work Centers, besides predicting and pricing bottlenecks, presenting (quantified) solutions to solve them.
PAC – Productive Activity Control: controls Work in Progress (WIP) to optimize sequencing and flow, detecting and mitigating delays by automatically rescheduling routes and schedules.
PDA – Process Digitization and Analysis: Digitizes manufacturing into a structured dataset (Digital Twin) that represents the physical process over time. Applies Machine Learning to qualify specific products or understand the production behavior as a whole.
