Rodrigo Mendes, executive manager of international business development at São José dos Campos Technology Park, took over as new President of IASP Latin America Division (International Association of Technology Parks) during an online ceremony, with the participation of associates.
Mendes is also the manager of the Aerospace Brazil International Program with Apex-Brazil and director of international relations of Anprotec (the Brazilian Association of Science Parks and Business Incubators).
He is graduated in law with a post-grad in economic and commercial international law and in management and execution of technological innovation projects.
Rodrigo Mendes takes over from Fernando Amestoy, from the Pando Scientific Technology Park, in Uruguay, who reaches the end of his two year term. In the next two years, Mendes will represent the division with the international director board.
