The Technology Park has three fully operational technology development centers (CDT). Each center houses a company or institution that serves as an anchor and presents the technology and service demands to be met by the other members. The CDTs are comprised by organizations that are references in Brazil and abroad in their areas. Thus, they develop and provide research and innovation to various sectors.
CITS
The Health Technology Innovation Center (CITS) has the infrastructure for the development of health-related technologies, such as new materials and prostheses, image processing, laser diagnosis and treatment, ozone, analysis and structural characterization of organic molecules, computer-assisted medicine, among others.
The center works in synergy with various educational and research institutions in Brazil and with technology-based companies established in the São José dos Campos TechPark and its surroundings. Its partners are the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp), the São Paulo State University (Unesp), Anhembi Morumbi University (UAM) and the São Francisco de Assis Jacareí Hospital.
CITS is coordinated by the Center for Innovation, Technology and Education (CITÉ), a private law, non-profit entity that gathers professionals interested in promoting scientific and technology research and education in Brazil, mainly through the development of studies and research, innovative technologies, production and dissemination of information and technical and scientific knowledge.
CDTASA
The Center for the Technological Development of Water and Environmental Sanitation is dedicated to the development of environmental sanitation technologies and better use of water resources, especially the Paraíba do Sul water basin, one of the most significant river basins of Brazil.
The Center is coordinated by the São José dos Campos Technology Park (TechPark) and the Association for Management of the Paraíba do Sul River Basin (Agevap), with the participation of the Committee for Integration of the Paraíba do Sul River Basin (CEIVAP), educational and research institutions such as Unesp, Fatec São José dos Campos and the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. nesp, Fatec São José dos Campos and the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. The Municipal Government of São José dos Campos is also a signatory.

CDTCC
The Center for the Technological Development of the Construction Industry seeks to structure and execute activities in support of technology development, entrepreneurship and innovation in the construction industry in the entire Metropolitan Area of the Paraíba Valley.
CDTCC is comprised of São José dos Campos Technology Park, Municipal Government of São José dos Campos, Association of Engineers and Architects of São José dos Campos, Association of Construction Companies of the Paraíba Valley, o Construction Industry Association of the State of São Paulo and the educational institutions Cephas, ITA, Unifesp and Univap.
Among the CDTCC premises are: to improve construction processes, directly benefiting users and society, improving living conditions; to encourage and generate innovative projects, serving as a link between products/systems developers and the needs of the different players of the construction industry production chain; and to promote an intense technical relation among the production sector, the academy, and the public sector.
